I use the tear away stabilizer. When I'm done stitching it looks like this on the back...Originally Posted by egassner

Ok, the torn off piece....got it! Thanks Mama!I use the tear away stabilizer. When I'm done stitching it looks like this on the back...
...then I tear away the stabilizer. I don't have a pic of what it looks like on the back, but I have a pic of the pieces torn off
