It has a nice slim fit for under dress jackets and such.
This was my first attempt at a "proper" shirt, with a yoke and bound cuff plackets... with cuffs at all! I had the seam ripper out a lot. But I was very happy with the results. Our son wore this at our wedding last summer. Size 92, length 98 for our 96-ish cm not-quite four year old. Fit was great. Not too big or too slim, sleeves just the right length. The only thing (that I can tell) that separates this pattern from an adult man's button down shirt is that the collar is one piece, rather than two pieces.
I used an Amy Butler solid, which isn't at all a shirting fabric, but worked out fine.

(It's the same as design #11, but with long sleeves)
