I left off the ruffle across the bum and also added 4 inches to the overall length since I wanted the pants to fit next year too. I sewed a 92 and she is almost out of a 98 but because there's generous ease (probably for a diaper) they fit fine.

Just to point out, in case anyone missed it, this is the same pattern as design #5, with variations on pockets and trims.
I am in agreement with the SMs who posted in the #5 thread that the pattern runs very very wide. My two year old is not in diapers anymore, but still. So wide. I traced a 62 and added length but no seam allowance. And they fit her great. Just for reference, here is my size 62 tracing with a pair of RTW size 9-12 month jeans for comparison (I added the ruffles):
One pair, front:
I cannot get the butt ruffle to lay flat to save my life. Oh well.
Another pair, front:
Back (no butt ruffle, more pockets):
On the girl (apologies for the dark blue pants against black sofa!):

A tip on how to put these together here.
A pair in size 92, sewn with 1cm seam allowance and at least 15 extra cm in length for a 6 year old seen in this post.
