Made these shorts in size 52 from a cotton woven, not quilters cotton but soft and smooth. So easy to make. I love the button holes to run the elastic through for the waist. I attached ribbon to the end of elastic instead of sewing the elastic edges together. Also I skipped the picot edge elastic and just serged the bottom hems which is a look I like for pj pants. I will be making these again with slightly longer leg length to go under dresses or as is for pj pants. Good go to pattern.
