PRR velour top. I've had this velour forever, I think it came from Momufactured Holly ages ago. This has length added to the body and sleeves, but it could still be a bit wider in the body. It's okay, but I don't think it will be a favorite. Matching ponytail holder..gif "a (11)")

This is just an interlock instead of a velour, but it works well.
Modifications:
Added 1" on the fold to the width of the body (so 2" total added to both front and back.)
Split the front piece just below the armpit. Added 3" on the fold to the bottom front piece for the gathering.
