I found this to be a pretty quick, cute little shirt to make. I used a polar fleece type sweater knit and FOE for the trim.

The shirt is #13 from Otto 4-07 size 92 width, 98 length. I widened the neck a little because I was tired of the neck holes being too tight to go over her head, but now I wish I hadn't because it turned out too big. The pants are #18 from 1-10 size 98.

This is the smallest size, 80 cm, and she typically wears 12 mos. It is a tad big now, preparing for winter. I did it from a fleece with little stretch, and it has plenty of ease; stretch fabric is not really necessary for this. I finished the sleeves, neck and bottom with FOE. Really cute, and really really fast and easy to sew.
