Size 98 for my 3yo. I really like this top! My daughter doesn't usually like shirring but the two little lines across the front of this aren't itchy for her. Next time, I'll shorten the elastic lengths they gave by just a bit and maybe add a bit to the length. Both of those are normal modifications for my daughter, though, so I think the sizing runs true for Ottobre. (The skirt is 05/06 #16.) I added the second picture because it shows it a bit better.

#11 summer 05 without shirring (my daughter says shirring is itchy). I made a 98 width with 134 length! It's just about tunic length on her. She does have a long torso, but it definitely runs short.
