I like this hat, and it was not hard at all to sew. I did the last part of the binding by hand because I wasn't confident that doing it by machine would look nice. It is too big for my ds, so I will wait till next year to make more.

Pretty easy to make. I did find that the binding piece was a little long, so I made an adjustment for that.
