not a great picture but i omitted the button placket, i was able to wear it like a tshirt.

I made this in a size 40 (not at all what I expected given my RTW size! measure yourself carefully!) with a lovely cotton lawn. A bit more complicated than what I am used to sewing, but I am really pleased with how it turned out. I ended up giving it to my mom, though, as I forgot to lengthen the bodice/yoke to take account of my height!

The instructions have you sewing narrow hems at the armpits and topstitching in the same step and I had some trouble with this. If I make this pattern again, I will finish/hem the armhole edges before I sew the pieces together.
