I wish there was a special hour just to sew, no cutting or reading directions or wiping runny noses or getting snacks or cooking...just rhythmically sewing. Oh, but that comes when the kids go off to college. So for now, I will drink my coffee and steal an chance whenever I'm not too tired to do so! i am really wanting to try these...question tho. Dont have the outer type of fabric (and can't get to a fabric store) You think it would work with something else if heavily interfaced?

I've used other types of fabric. The osnaburg gives it a very natural look. I made one out of Care Bear fabric for dd and it turned out just fine. Experiment with what you have...Have fun!!Originally Posted by AmyinNC
