Doing a good deed daily
I made this mermaid tail mostly on my serger, and I did the gathering on my serger. This tail can be made on a sewing machine, but not all of the techniques are explained for a sewing machine. If you are new to sewing, then you may not know all of the techniques used. There are several tutorials in the free pattern section (some by me and some by others) that explain anything left out of this tutorial.
