What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
The sleeves are more cap sleeve in that there is a portion of the underarm you have to turn in and hem. That part is a little difficult. I really liked doing the shirring part. It was easy and my first time.
Fabric used
cotton woven
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend
I decided to add a larger seam allowance at the armholes on the sleeve and top/back piece. It will make it easier to turn in under to hem. So next time I plan to stitch a 1/2" seam at just the arms so that I have more hem allowance to turn under.
Would you sew this pattern again?
Yes
Would you recommend this pattern to others?
Yes
Any additional comments
Cute summer top. Since the underarm is exposed like a tank top but more coverage of the shoulder area, the top will be super comfortable in the heat of summer.
