I have only placed one order from GUR, but was very very impressed. Ordered on a Tuesday night and my new serger was delivered to me in Germany, with free shipping, on Friday. Can't beat that. They offer free shipping for orders over GBP200 to a number of other EU countries, making this a good option for EU mamas who need a new machine!
