How is that for a full title? This shows how to make a peasant blouse with shirred sleeves and a ruffled neckline. This tutorial ended up being a bit more detailed than I first thought it would be. I also added several tips for sewing.

I used the Peasant Blouse Pattern in size 4 that I loaded the other day, but you can use other patterns as well.
