Customer service/return policy There was a problem with my initial order and I was very impressed with the fact that the owner called me twice.
Details I purchased a seam ripper and a Removable Rotary Guide Arm from this site. The rotary guide arm for adding seam allowance is no longer being manufactured and this was the only place I found that carries them. My only complaint with my experience is that I paid for priority shipping and my purchases were shipped parcel post. Like I mentioned above, I was happy that the owner called me to fix the issue with my original order.
