Hmm, so you use stabilizer and a heat n bond, interesting. I just use a heat n bond (Joanns variety) but I never use stabilizer on the backside of the fabric. Then again I don't generally do apps on knits, mainly wovens or cords.

I use it for both woven and knits. I do with wovens too because I don't like when it gets wavy. Especially along the bias of the fabric.
