Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?

No

If not, why?

I made quite a few modifications to make the doll faster to sew. I only used 2 pieces for the front of the doll's clothes, omitted the scarf and mittens and added trims. I reduced the size more than 50%. I also used fabric marker for the face instead of embroidery.

Were the instructions easy to follow?

Yes

Yes but I didn't really follow them.
