Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?

No

If not, why?

I didn't sew vents, I didn't add a pocket and I used round elastic for the button hole, not fabric

Were the instructions easy to follow?

No

If not, why?

The instructions for the collar might make sense to someone who has sewn a collar before but I needed to look up some online help to get the collar on well.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?

It is loose fitting for summer to keep my dd cool and will keep the sun off her shoulders

I think this is a cotton/poly I'm not sure as it was a thrifted duvet cover

This was my first collar and only my second attempt at fitting sleeves instead of sewing them flat. It doesn't look too bad!
