It is a cute design, and it is a nice break from the average t-shirt.

Fabric used

White polo-like knit from the fabric fairy with a touch of Heather Ross dots

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend

I would suggest adding length to the placket. I had to cut it twice to get it long enough, but 3/8" was enough extra. I also did 1/4" seam allowance on the top edge. I left off the pocket, and I changed the buttons to snaps (to match more with the dots).
