Size 44 fits me great but I had a little trouble with the pieces matching up. Which could have been just as much my error!!
The pocket piece that gets sewn on to the back of the front panel to create the pocket was supposed to be as long as the front panel so that when you hemmed the hoodie the pockets was caught in the hem to create the bottom. But my pocket piece was like 4 inches too short. And it called for a 24 in (or so) zipper and the zipper ended like 4 inches from the bottom and I had to cut off 2 inches or so before I hemmed. Oh well, it fits and it's still long enough!
