sewed this in 92cm, malden mills 200 wt fleece outer and knit inner. took me a while to figure out the welt pocket :-p but i am happy with it. its a bit big on my ds, could've done in 80 or 86cm width.(89cm tall/24.5lbs)
again in 92cm but in woven and lined it with light polyfil quilted cotton. fits great with woven. omitted the pocket.
