Only two pattern pieces if you use packaged bias tape.

Lightweight cotton woven.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend

I used packaged bias tape rather than making my own which made it go together very fast and gave a professional looking finished. The pattern does include pieces for making your own but I dislike doing so.

At under an hour from tracing to hemming I highly recommend this pattern for new sewers or anyone in need of a basic nightgown pattern. I will be making several more of these for summer wear.
