Size 104 for my 3yo daughter. This skirt is nice and full! I love the two layers. Next time I'll start with the elastic a bit tighter - by the time I attached two very full skirts to the waistband, it had stretched it out a bit and the waist is a bit loose. At least it will fit her for a long time! (The top is 02/05 #11.)
Oh, I should comment about the construction method. Otto has you make the separate waistband, sew the elastic into it, and then attach the gathered skirts one at a time. I had to leave a larger (1.5- 2 cm) seam allowance on the waistband to be able to attach the skirts. It was kind of fiddly getting gathered skirts onto an already gathered waistband, but it turned out very well.
