Customer service/return policy Friendly CS. Heather was very pleasant to work with and went out of her way to make sure I was happy.
Details This store is formerly Crybabys. Heather took over the inventory and customer base and is trying to start up the store under a new name. She was super nice to work with and contacted me immediately when a fabric was out of stock and asked about a replacement. She included a bit extra because of the mix up and I appreciated that.
The only thing I would say is that I did question the content of a couple of the knits I got. They were listed as cotton/lycra and I would say they are more just cotton jersey. This is understandable as she acquired inventory from the old Crybabys and I'm sure that there will be a few bumps in the road like this. It really didn't bother me much as I'm not "married" to any one fabric type.
I will definitely purchase from her again. :cheerful:
