I've been meaning to put this together for awhile now, and I finally finished it up.
Here's a tutorial to make your own Key Fob, complete with specific measurements and where to find the necessary hardware.
You can find the instructions on my blog --> http://cute2carry.com/blog/key-fob-tutorial/
Enjoy!

Thank you! I have one, but it's a little too small for my gigantic hands. Now I can make one for myself that fits!
Thanks!

Wonderful tute! I make them from webbing and ribbon, but it's great to have all the measurements for fabric ones - LOVE it! :) Thanks so much for posting.

I love the webbing and ribbon ones, too! I just never seem to have 1.25" webbing handy. That reminds me that I should do some of those, too.
I really appreciate you all looking. It's my first tutorial.

Here's what I would do, if my 2 cents worth is worthwhile:
1) considering that the webbing is 1.25 inches, I would cut a 12 inch strip of fabric 2 inches wide.
2) Fabric facing down, Iron on some stabilizer that is 1 inch wide down the center of the fabric.
3) The edges of the stabilizer create the the "guide" for you to follow to fold your edges of your fabric under. Basically, you are folding 1/2 inch under on each side and ironing it.
4) Lay this piece on your webbing and top stitch down each side.
5) Finish off the key fob by attaching the hardware as instructed in my blog www.cute2carry.com/blog.
