I was doing one for a friend of mine for a shower. So, I thought I would take pictures and post it as a tutorial.
Completed towel

I get the full size bath towel so the child does not grow out of it so soon. And I get a hand towel and half it and serge the end that was cut.

Here is how you fold the back toward the front. I kind of bring it almost to the front. YOu can play with it and see where you like it. Do the same for the other side pinning it to stay.

Now you pin the right side of the hood to the right side of the bath towel. It may be a little hard to get the pins to go all the way.

Now sew very carefully and slow. I pull the pins out before I sew over them. And now you have a hooded bath towel. You can also do this with beach towels etc.

You can see more towels on my blog, www.meliascloset.com (http://www.meliascloset.com ) . Thanks for looking
