and it won't let me. I'm really ticked. It is for advertising -- so wahm's can just purchase it from the block. But I can't add the paypal button.....

Then I tried here:
http://www.sewingmamas.com/PHP-Nuke/modules.php?name=FAQ &myfaq=yes&id_cat=3& categories=

still the buttons don't show up.

any ideas?

Can you email me the html you are trying to add. Or do: [ code ] <img src=...>my html code</a>... [ / code ] (W/o the spaces in the [ code ] blocks) and reply and I'll see what I can do...

Nathan.

Sewingmamas.com is a global sewing circle, started on July 4, 2005. We have over
1200 active members in the United States, Canada, Sweden, Kuwait, Great Britain
and China, just to name a few.<p>Our target audience is women, ages 23+ who have
children or grandchildren or like to sew for children. Many have shops or
boutiques as well.</p>
<p>We have small and large get-togethers all over the world that center around
kids and sewing.<br>
<br>
Our advertising consists of clickable banner ads, 468x60 pixels featured at the
top of each page.<br>
<br>
We have a current anniversary special for advertising:<br>
<br>
$10/month<br>
$45/6 months<br>
$80/year<br>
<br>
Our discussion boards are very active and we have an excellent community that is
primarily focused on sewing. I think you will find that our members are younger
and represent those that will be buying sewing related supplies for years and
years to come.</p>
<p>Purchase a banner ad on Sewing Mamas:</p>
$10. USD 1 month<p>

when I put it in, it deletes the form when I press save. I think it was to defend against hacking codes.

The code you have in your above post won't work...

Try doing
[ code ] <html code> [/ code]

w/o the spaces, and make sure to click the "disable html in this post" below...

Nathan.

nope.

When I post it, with or without the code in brackets, it basically deletes all the stuff it doesn't like. (forms)

I'm pretty sure we had this problem before. After we were hacked, and upgraded I think it's something so hackers can't run virus stuff? But somehow Heather or John was able to get around it once with the member block over on the left.

I don't know what to do. I can't even post the code with the forms because I get a message:

The html tags you attempted to use are not allowed

I need to take a break. I've spent way too much time on this today. Now it's dinnertime. I'll check back tomorrow.

Meg.

It was another "not allowed" html tag. I send you an email to your hotmail account with the code for the one button that is there now, so you can alter it for the others.
