can't get in

what's going on? i try to log in and i can't get anything to come up other than the help desk and lobby.

Okay, it's letting me log in to view my account but nothing else! It's showing my status as "offline" even as I'm logged in the view my account. :/

Every time I try to login I get an id error (or something like that). I finally sew something and now I can't tell anyone. :(
