Another forum error

I tried to change the permissions on the forums today. When I hit submit, I get this strange gibberish message. I attempted to cut and paste it, but it won't paste. It just looks like a bunch of symbols and letters.

To see it, go to admin, forums, under "forum admin" click permissions. You don't even have to change a permission, just click the submit button and you will see it.

Next problem. Notice the empty forum under the feedback forum. I added a forum then attempted to delete it. It won't delete. When I click the delete button, then move and delete, I just get a blank screen and the forum is still there.

I deleted the ghost forum for you. I can look at the gibberish too.

I tried several, got it on all of them. Definitely Material Girls.

I just tried Material girls (I didn't actually change any permissions, just hit submit) and I just got a "forums permissions updated" message. No gibberish.

I just went and tried again, thinking it was just the other night that was the issue, but I still get the weird gibberish. It must just be me though. I wonder what is up with that?

I don't see it either. In the upper left side thought, I get "_BWEL nutmeg!" instead of welcome -- also weirdness in the Your Account area.

If some of you are getting Gibbersh and others not -- it is probably the template/theme you are using is not fully compatible with the latest version of phpnuke.
