These are definitely skinny fitting in the legs. I made a 110 out of stretch denim and the first time I put them on my daughter I didn't think they'd go all the way up and over her thighs! But they did and after wearing them for a little while, the pants loosened up. She didn't complain about them being too tight...I just thought they were initially. I added button hole elastic to the waistband so that my skinnier middle daughter who is the same height can wear these too.
