Rosy steps leggings.

I made them in a size 86 no added SA for an 18M old and a 2 year old. I omitted the flower effects and added ruffles and the button band instead. These were both made for other little girls so I can't vouch on the fit.

I don't love it in a baby rib knit though..

looks much nicer here in the cotton interlock:

I made an 86 with 92 length for my girl who is in between those sizes height and only 22 pounds. The front fit okay, but the back was way too roomy, even with a cloth diaper. The very narrow leg was different than regular leggings on her, still not extremely tight, but a different look. They would probably be more tight on a chunkier baby (and in the 86 range most still have a bit of baby fat going on). I would not recommend them for those little chunkies like my first kids were at all. Good pattern, but watch the back rise.
