Lined vest, loose-fitting top, flared skirt, cap. Which view and size did you make?

Ability to modify pieces into dresses rather than top and skirt. Fabric used
Heavy weight woven, muslin. Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend
Had to add three inch panels to each side of vest piece to adjust for G cup size. Sewed vest to skirt and made front open. Turned the blouse into an under dress by adding length. Would you sew this pattern again?
