Calf length short sleeve Size 1X Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?

The pattern went together fast and easily without complications. Fabric used
Kaufam Barritz (Polyester) Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend
I made a short sleeve rather than the cap sleeve in the pattern. Would you sew this pattern again?
