Instructions are tough to follow. Mamu patterns always recommend putting sleeves in the round, which I rarely do. I think better markings on the flounce piece would be very helpful. Also the directions for sewing the flounce are very confusing - it isn't clear when they are referring to the right side of the flounce or right side of the jacket. What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I love the overall finished product. But my flounce piece was many inches too long so I had to trim it. Directions were terrible. Cutting/pattern piece instructions are very unclear. The 36/38 size fits great but the sleeves are slim - it will be difficult to wear this over a l/s shirt. Fabric used
a drapey cotton jersey Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend
Check the flounce length and overlap before you sew. Sew the sleeves in the flat. I did add the sleeve flounces in the round. Would you sew this pattern again?
