I placed an order with 4 cuts of various knits, 3 were on sale. It took 3 business days to ship which was fine, not speedy but average. Once I got my package, I was happy with 3 of the pieces but one of them was really super thin (like only good for nightgowns). I looked again on the website and the description said 'medium weight' so I contacted them and suggested she change the description. Heather emailed me back and apologized, said that not all the descriptions were updated since the Crybabys acquisition and gave me store credit for the full amount for that 1 piece. I had not asked for anything, so I was very pleased. Excellent customer service. :heart: Thank you!
