I was not able to get this Otto in English and was worried I'd struggle over this dress; but it is really super simple to make. It's your typical dress, really -- bodice, full skirt, etc. It's just that on the back you add loops before sewing your back bodice pieces together and then make the "long lace" to lace through the loops.

The "long lace" (sorry can't think of what else to call it) is REALLY, REALLY long per the pattern directions. This dress was made for a 1 year old and the lacing was almost twice as long as it needed to be, IMO. I had to cut it off and then struggled to tuck the ends back in & hand sew it.
