This fits true to size and is cute IMHO, but I probably won't be making the pattern again. It has an invisible zipper in the back, which was the least of the problem and went in easily. All that elastic on neck, legs and arms was fiddly and time-consuming to do. I used purchased bias for the "facings" rather than cutting my own, which sped up the process, but they are still slow to attach and hard to get exactly stitched perfectly (mine are far from perfect!). You have to stitch each piece right sides together, understitch it, stitch the elastic to the seam allowance (stretching it to fit), and then stitch down the facing ... all on a tiny infant garment. I do like the result, but I think a knit romper that takes 1/10th of the time is cute too ...

For those of you using cloth diapers, it is cut generously and fits great over bulky diapers (I used Motherease, really bulky).
