Sz 50 for a newborn little cousin. You have to be careful, working with stretchy ribknit, to not stretch out the neckline (like I did on the picture on the right). Make sure and cut the binding a little smaller.

Great little t-shirt, I have used it a lot for pj's. Make sure you match up the marks for the overlap on the neckline! It will look tiny but don't worry, it won't choke the baby :)
