I like this pattern *but* find the rise crazily high in the itty bitty sizes, and the feet small. If I make it in 50 or 56 now I add a good inch to the feet and take off at least an inch from the rise on each side. Have made some as newborn gifts and gotten more than one comment that the fit was great but feet were too small.

I find the rise really big too. If I use a stretch knit I use a 68 width and a 80 length for my 13 month old.

Made the size 74 and the rise is really high in that size too. I took off an inch, we use disposables, and it was still too high. I agree the feet are small. They fit my little one, but my kiddos have tiny feet.

Size 50. I have no comment on the sizing issues as baby isn't here yet!
