I've made 2 of these, the first with tan rip-stop and Vera Bradley woven, the second with poly knit PUL and a microfleece liner.
The pocket elatic measurement was half what it should be, and you'll want to leave a big seam allowance on the pocket to get it to turn smoothly. If you use a fleecy sleeve lining, I'd also use a slippery lining in the sleeves.
