This pattern went together well and was fairly easy for a beginner to knits like me. I did end up lining the hood, because me and bindings are very good friends. It ran a bit wide and short for my skinny (but not tall) son. I added length to the hem and the sleeves. I would make this again.

Like other Otto raglans, this is a great pattern. The hood calls for a lining which I prefer to do anyway. There was quite a bit of bulk when attaching the hood to the shirt (shirt, neck band, 2 hood layers), so it was not as fast as other raglans to put together, but it worked out. Fit is great on Finn, the layering cuff effect got a bit messed up, as I assembled the sleeves incorrectly, but DS likes them, so I did not correct them.
Shown here in PRR that was dyed after the garment was assembled, topstitching completed after dyeing.

4/2008 Drums hooded raglan (uses same pattern pieces as the Reko)
Fits great.
