I have a PM that I have been trying to send for over an hour now. It shows up in my outbox but not my sentbox. Can someone help me? I need to know if it sent or not as I really need to get ahold of this person.

Outbox means you sent it, but it hasn't been read by the other person. Sentbox means you sent it and it was read.

So, yes, you sent it, but they haven't read it yet.
