2985 vintage Pattern Description
This is a I'm guessing 50s little girl party dress with a tucked bodice, super full skirt, and sash. Which view and size did you make?
view 3 size 1 Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes If not, why?
- Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes If not, why?
They were very technical though. What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I loved the style. I think it had figured french seaming into the seams so it called for different sizes in different places. This wasn't bad but I had to really pay attention. Fabric used
Moda quilters cotton from the sultry and swanky lines Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend
I used the contrast for the band between the tucks and skirt. I also used contrast for the sash. Oh and I did most of my finishing with my serger. Would you sew this pattern again?
Yes Would you recommend this pattern to others?
Yes Any additional comments
